A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. But if you cancel in less than 24 hours or no-show, this deposit will not be refunded.
During this visit, we can assess common acute illnesses, including acid reflux, common cold, allergies, bronchitis, cough, cellulitis, sinus infections, pink eye, strep throat, nausea, vomiting, mild rashes, UTIs, and more.
To ensure your lab results are available for your appointment, please schedule your visit at least 3-4 days after your lab draw. This allows sufficient time for processing. Once your appointment is confirmed, our office administrator, Adela, will contact you to provide your lab order form.

During this telehealth visit, we’ll review your health history, current medications, lifestyle factors, and any lab work needed to safely and effectively begin your personalized medical weight loss plan.
**Please note: This $75.00 deposit is non-refundable and is required to confirm your booking. This deposit covers the time and expertise of your provider during the consultation and is applied to the consultation fee only. If you choose to move forward with treatment the same day, the $75 will be credited toward the cost of your prescribed treatment plan. If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is retained as payment for the time and assessment provided.
