Consultation & Lab Information

Every wellness consultation includes a review of comprehensive lab work to give us a full understanding of your health.

• Insurance labs: May be used, but coverage is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for any costs not covered.
• Cash-pay labs: Offered through Rupa Health at discounted rates. Patients may submit receipts to their insurance for possible reimbursement, but no guarantees are made.

Missed & Late Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect the time of our patients and providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Missed or Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the following fees charged to the card on file:
  • $75 for standard appointments
  • $150 for out-of-town laser appointments
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we cannot accommodate the full service. At the provider’s discretion, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and subject to the above fees.
• Payment Policy: Fees are non-refundable and not subject to dispute. Unpaid balances must be cleared before future services can be scheduled.
