- Fee will be applied to your selected service
- After booking, you will receive an email invoice from Authorize.net confirming your deposit payment
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our office via Text (505-234-6432) ... Text will be date / time stamped
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, our office requires no less than 48 hours notice before the reserved appointment date and time
- If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be applied to a future appointment / service
- If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be Surrendered / NON-REFUNDABLE
- If you fail to show up for your reserved appointment, the deposit will be Surrendered / NON-REFUNDABLE
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be Surrendered / NON-REFUNDABLE
- If a patient has 3 no-shows or late cancellations, we will no longer be able to accept him / her as a client
