Below are a list of common conditions we may treat. Some visit reasons are not appropriate for virtual care and may be referred for an in-person visit. All emergencies require you to call 911. Prices for non-members are: $99 for simple visits and $129 for more complex visits where testing or referrals are required. Members ($79 monthly subscription) are able to be seen for no additional cost for virtual and in-clinic sick visits. In-person visits include the cost of testing if necessary. We currently offer rapid testing for influenza, covid-19, strep throat and urinary tract infections.

We offer convenient on-site lab draws for our patients using either insurance (with a $25 draw fee) or discounted self-pay labs for those who are uninsured or have high deductibles. Self-pay lab options are also available to the general public, providing affordable access to important testing without the need for a clinic visit.
Maine Firefighters — your health matters! Our Firefighter Health & Exposure Monitoring Program is designed specifically for the unique risks of the fire service, including smoke exposure, heart health, cancer risk, sleep disruption, and metabolic changes. Led by Lauren Jellison, FNP-C, this program includes firefighter-specific labs, body composition scans, and personalized prevention plans.
Cost is $299 for initial visit and second visit lab review. Continuous care provided either via monthly membership or pay-per-visit model.
