These appointments are reserved for Kentucky Medical Cannabis Certifications and PTSD evaluations only. Kentucky law requires an in-person certification for all new medical cannabis patients. Renewals may be completed online the following year. A credit card is required to reserve your time but will not be charged until after your service has been completed. 

All weight loss, women's health, men's health, and other wellness or prescription services are completed by virtual appointments only. All new Kentucky Medical Cannabis patients must schedule an in-person visit. Your renewal can be done virtually the following year.
