Some Visit Types require a $50.00 deposit upon booking. This will go toward the total cost of your visit. Booking Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a later date. Please provide a 24hr notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation Fee of $50.
Additionally, please note that lab completion is required prior to your initial visit for weight loss, HRT,TRT services. Upon booking those services you will receive a lab review guide (explains what labs are being ordered and why) and a lab order slip (to be taken to your preferred lab [LabCorp, Sonora quest] if using insurance). If not using insurance further instructions will be provided.
