ADHD (MN Residents Only)

ADHD Renewal – $200 for each? 3 month supply ($67 per month) of medication with documentation of current diagnosis of ADHD. Virtual visits are required every 3 months to maintain prescription.

New ADHD Diagnosis Package – $400 for comprehensive evaluation and 3-month medication supply if diagnosis of ADHD is confirmed.
