30-min EXPRESS Pilates Flow class: Pilates Flow is our most traditional Reformer Pilates class where you'll work all of your muscles, move your body in all planes of motion, and mobilize your spine in flexion, rotation, lateral flexion, and extension. Typically, a 50 min class, we will still work in the same manner all in 30 mins! You'll leave feeling longer, stronger and totally connected to your body. Sticky socks required, which we see in studio. All levels welcome (*if you are injured or pregnant, please contact the studio directly PRIOR to signing up).
