Join us Saturday mornings, starting February 21s at 10:00 for a 3-week series created especially for our pregnant moms. This series will support you throughout your pregnancy journey by helping to release tension throughout the body and taking time to connect with your baby. It features a gentle, thoughtfully sequenced flow that leads to a peak pose, followed by a relaxing savasana. Breathwork will be woven throughout the flow. We encourage all trimesters and skill levels to attend and provide modifications and props as needed.
