This pelvic floor yoga class is designed to help you build awareness, strength, and balance in the muscles that support your core and pelvic floor. Through a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful alignment, you’ll learn how to both engage and release the pelvic floor effectively.
The class focuses on improving stability, posture, and mobility while also addressing common concerns such as tension, weakness, or discomfort in the hips, lower back, and pelvic region. You’ll be guided through slow, intentional sequences that connect the breath to subtle muscle activation, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your body.
Rooted in healthy movement basics and best-practice yoga techniques, this class is led by a certified movement practitioner and RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), as well as a mom of three who loves supporting others in their movement journey.
